A new enterprise LLC “AGL Energy LTD”

In accordance with the medium-term plans to further expand the business of the “Agroliga” Group the management has started a new project in the field of bio-energy. On March 12, 2018 the founding members made the decision to register a new enterprise LLC “AGL Energy LTD”. The main activity of the enterprise will be the production and sale of electricity by the “green tariff.” The recyclable materials such as sunflower husk obtained in the production of vegetable oil at the factories belonging to the Group will be used as bio-fuel for the energy generation.
The share of “Agroliga”Group in the capital of the new enterprise is 50%.
